Chelsea Vargo is the Owner & Director of Love Laugh Learn. She is a Cedar Grove resident and the loving mother of four children – Aidan (9), Preston (6), Jaxson (3), and Remington (1). Chelsea not only understands children from a mother’s perspective, but she has also been working with children between the ages of 6 months to 8 years old for the past 20 years.
Before opening Love Laugh Learn, Chelsea served as a Lead Teacher at a well-established daycare in Clifton, New Jersey. She then moved into the public school system as a Second Grade Teacher where she mastered the Common Core Curriculum and implemented various teaching methods, including thematic lesson plans, differentiated instruction, and balanced literacy programs. Chelsea has been recognized as a distinguished teacher and has earned “highly effective” ratings in each of her yearly reviews since taking over Second Grade.
Chelsea earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Montclair State University where she graduated in the top 5% of her class. She then continued her education at Walden University where she earned her Master’s Degree in Reading and Literacy and graduated with a 4.0 GPA.
